According to those who know him well, Donald Trump has been worried about being arrested for over 40 years, which begs the question: why would someone be worried about being arrested unless they thought they might have broken the law? But somehow or another, he's managed to slip away every time....until now.
I wonder how it feels to be the first president in history to have been impeached twice, go on to become one of the few presidents ever to lose a second term, have 4 criminal investigations pending, and then to add insult to injury, become the first ex-president to be indicted by a grand jury.
And yet, the vast majority of Republican primary voters continue to support the man because they don't believe he's done anything wrong, mostly because their channel of choice is Fox which is being sued for $1.6 billion for knowingly lying to its listeners
So after all this, Trump is still the front runner to get the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, which says more about our country than it does about him.
