HELP, SAVE ME!....12/20/23

It doesn't appear that the 9 members of the Supreme Court will get much sleep over the next few weeks - that is if they spend the time it takes to properly think things through rather than acting on political impulse as they often do.

Most importantly they will have to look up the word, "insurrection" in the dictionary and then decide whether or not it applies to the former president's behavior on January 6th, 2021and beyond.

Four smart justices of the Colorado Supreme Court have one definition of the word and the other three looked at things a different way.

I would bet good money that the majority of the US court sides with the minority on the Colorado bench.

Many of us feared that with the election of Donald Trump in 2016, and the real possibility that he would get an opportunity to stack the bench in his favor, this sort of thing would occur.

It has and will for a long time to come.
