It doesn't appear that the 9 members of the Supreme Court will get much sleep over the next few weeks - that is if they spend the time it takes to properly think things through rather than acting on political impulse as they often do.
Most importantly they will have to look up the word, "insurrection" in the dictionary and then decide whether or not it applies to the former president's behavior on January 6th, 2021and beyond.
