Dominion Voting Systems is suing Fox News Corporation for $1.6 billion for promoting the false narrative that their voting machines were rigged to favor Biden in the 2020 election.

To support their defamation case against Fox, Dominion released a series of internal texts among Fox News employees that show clearly that what they were saying on TV was a lie. Tucker Carlson, for example, unloaded on Sidney Powell, one of Trump's lawyer's, calling her a fucking bitch for claiming the election was stolen and that Dominion had a part in it. Then he goes back on TV the next day and spouts these same lies.

Why? After Fox made an early call on the night of the election that rightly predicted that Biden would win Arizona, all hell broke loose among Trumpsters, who began flocking to Fox's rival, Newsmax, which is off the right end of the charts. In order to get their brand back and regain stock value that had plummeted after the call, Fox personalities had to backpedal and dove headfirst into conspiracy theories about the so called "stolen" election. Carlson even went so far as to demand that one of his television colleagues be fired for calling Trump out on his lie that Dominion threw the election.

And the falsehoods continue. Just last night Carlson was on the air questioning once again the legitimacy of the results of the 2020 election. Apparently this is what makes money.
