Let's face it - Donald Trump's tenure on social media was a complete and utter disaster leading to the attempted insurrection on January 6th of 2021 by his avid followers.
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube rightly threw him off their platforms for his dangerous and deranged behavior. He then started his own social media presence with a pathetically named platform called "Truth Social" where the former president continues to spew falsehoods.
Elon Musk brought Trump back after buying Twitter and now Mark Zuckerberg reinstated Trump's accounts to both Facebook and Instagram. Why? Money, of course.
They couldn't resist the cash that would begin flowing again from the advertising tied to his accounts that are followed by 150 million people.
